Abstract
Objective to analyze the unreasonable prescription in outpatient department,and discusses how to take Effective controllmeasures to eliminate. Methods in our hospitalloutpatient prescription database randomly selected in 2011 March~2013 year in May were 3567 prescriptions,carries on the statisticallanalysis to the unreasonable. Results the unreasonable situation mainly include:Administration and inappropriate prescription writing is not standardized. Conclusion Western medicine prescription,there exist certain irrationality also occupy a certain proportion in the totallprescription.In order to guarantee the safety of patients, improve the quality of life of patients,improve patient safety,we must take Effective measures to control.关键词
