Abstract
In order to alleviate the patient of department of gynaecology of preoperative fear, I division has established \"sweet surgery nursing service mode\", provide patients with warm environment, play music, preoperative visit patients and nurse in communicating with patients and other measures. Through the implementation of the model, I division in Aprill2012~Aprill2013 patients satisfaction rate reached 100%.关键词
