Abstract
Objective: clinicallanalysis of hypoglycemic coma misdiagnosed as cerebrallinfarction. Methods: analysis of our hospitallfrom 2012 June, clinicalldata of 15 cases of misdiagnosis of cerebrallinfarction patients in 2012 June. Results: 15 patients diagnosed immediately after intravenous injection of 50% glucose 40 60ml. After the treatment of 15 cases of consciousness turned clear. Conclusion: the treatment principle for the first with the fast blood glucose meter to measure blood glucose, and then decide whether to do head CT, rapid diagnosis can improve the rate of disease.关键词
