Abstract
Objective to analyze the clinicallEffect of Ming Diao division tablets in the treatment of late pregnancy edema. Methods the pregnant women in late pregnancy were randomly divided in our hospitallfrom 2011 January to 2012 December were treated 60 cases with lower extremity edema symptoms into 2 groups, the study group 30 cases, controllgroup 30 cases. The patients in controllgroup received conventionallbed rest, raise lower limbs and other treatment, patients in the study group on the basis of conventionalltherapy, line of diosmin tablets treatment. Clinicalltherapeutic Effect of 2 groups was observed before and after treatment respectively, calf circumference and changes after treatment of patients with biochemicallindexes. Results the clinicalltreatment of patients in the study group the totallef iciency is 93.33%, controllgroup 76.67%. Comparing the 2 groups, the dif erence was significant (P<0.01). After treatment, 2 groups of patients Jingjun calf week reduced, compared with before treatment, the dif erence was statistically significant (P<0.05). But in the comparison between groups, the study group patients after treatment decreased calf circumference is more significant than the controllgroup, the 2 groups, the dif erence was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the patients in study group were blood and urine routine, hepatic and renallfunction were normal, while the controllgroup of 4 patients with urinary protein and blood pressure to rise to preeclampsia. Conclusion the clinicallEffect of Diao division Ming tablets in the treatment of late pregnancy edema significantly, worthy of clinicallapplication.关键词
