Abstract
Objective: To detect the changes of levels of serum BNP, CA125, CRP and before and after treatment for patients with diastolic heart failure, and explore the relationship with disease severity correlation. Methods: The clinicalldata of diastolic heart failure from August 2010to July 2013 received in our hospitallwas analyzed. The dif erences of serum BNP, CA125, CRP levellbefore and after treatment were compared. The dif erences of serum cardiac BNP, CA125, CRP levellof dif erent functionalllevels were taken for statistics. Results: After treatment, the BNP, CA125, CRP levels for patients with diastolic heart failure compared with before treatment decreased significantly, P<0.05. By multi-group rank sum test analysis, the higher the levellof cardiac function in patients, serum BNP, CA125, CRP levellis higher, and vice versa (P<0.05). Conclusion: The levels of serum BNP, CA125, CRP in patients with diastolic heart failure is closely related to the disease, can be used in the diagnosis and therapeutic ef icacy.关键词
