Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinicallfeatures, cause of hospitalization and intervention strategies of sudden death in patients with mentallilness.Methods: in our hospitallin 2009 February ~2013 year in February admited to the hospitalmentalldisorders in patients with sudden death in 21 cases as the object of study,a retrospective analysis of clinicalldata of them, clinicallfeatures and intervention,strategy analysis of the causes of sudden death.Results: in 2009 February ~2013year in February my courtyard in hospitallmore than 2000 patients received mentalldisease, sudden death occurred in 21 cases, the incidence was 1%; among them the spirit medicaments causes of sudden death in patients with 14 cases, the percentage of 66.67%, the mentalldiseases caused by sudden death in 2 cases,the percentage of 9.52%, sudden death caused by the body in 4 cases, the percentage of 19.05%, the remaining 1 cases of sudden death of unknown cause.Conclusion: the causes of sudden death of inpatients with mentalldisorders mostand psychotropic drugs, a smallpart of same patient body condition, mentalldisease itself, should strengthen the intervention strategy actively, can efectively reduce the incidence of sudden death.关键词
