Abstract
Objective: To investigate the prevention and nursing of complications of acute coronary syndrome after interventionalltherapy. Methods: The clinicalldata of 238 cases of acute coronary syndrome patients receiving interventionalltherapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results:46 patients developed complications. Among them 9 cases had arrhythmias, 1case had acute coronary occlusion, 24 cases had vague reflex of vessels, 7 cases had bleeding of the puncture site, 3 cases had subcutaneous hematoma and 2 cases had pseudoaneurysms. Conclusion: Closely observation and nursing intervention can Effectively reduce complications of ACS after interventionalltherapy.关键词
