Abstract
Objective: to analyze the clinicallexperience in treatment of children with atypicallof typhoid fever. Methods: in our hospitallin recent years were atypicallof typhoid fever in 50 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results: allcases were confirmed by cefoperazone sodium, ceftriaxone sodium, and symptomatic treatment of 10~14d, allcured. Conclusion:strengthen the understanding of this disease, to make the right diagnosis, reduce misdiagnosis of atypicalltyphoid, timely and reasonable use of antibiotics and Effective, is of great significance to reduce the incidence of complications and controllcomplications.关键词
