Abstract
36 patients with dif erent cardiac diseases, the treatment group should increase with the metoprolollspironolactone administration to intervene in the controllgroup conventionalltreatment to P wave dispersion as the main observed. Results Statisticallanalysis revealed last: the treatment and controllgroups were significantly dif erent. Speculate: metoprolollin combination with spironolactone can reduce the P wave dispersion, prevention and treatment can produce good clinicallresults. Thus a variety of cardiac disease may be caused by atriallarrhythmia provided an Effective and feasible method of prevention and treatment.关键词
