摘要
Abstract
The fibroblasts which is of great importance can be dif erentiated into myofibroblasts during the process of wound healing .The influentiallfactor has the vitallsignificance on the process of wound healing ,the period of wound healing and the scar tissue which is produced by the wound healing . At the early stage, wound contraction, collagen secretion and base materiallwhich are created by the process of myofibroblast dif erentiated has great role in promoting. Later the pathologicallscars has extremely negative influence on the recovery of body function ,which is created by the overdif erentiation of myofibroblast after apoptosis.Therefore,the paper has a summary on the recent research about the influentiallfactor during the process of the fibroblasts dif erentiated into myofibroblasts. And using the research findings we can have a further investigation on the myofibroblast dif erentiation .关键词
