Abstract
Objective: to study the PDCA cycle in ophthalmic surgery clinical nursing teaching ef ect in application. Methods: PDCA cycle (plan, implementation, examination, with four stages) teaching methods from 2011 to 2013, 2011 to escort in clinical practice teaching. Results PDCA is a scientific, systematic and stylized teaching mode, to improve the quality of teaching. Conclusion: the nursing students to implement PDCA cycle teaching improved the nurses working enthusiasm and initiative of learning, improve the teaching of the teacher's own quality and teaching level.关键词
