摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between those who suf ered from cryptococcus neoformans meningitis (CNM) and the ones with lower resistance or immunodeficiency. Method:By analysing 106 clinical datas col ecting from those who were hospitalized with CNM from January 2009 to November 2012 according to the clinical diagnosis,laboratory diagnosis and etiological examination. Results: 80 patients (75.5%) were found suf ering from chronic basis diseases especial y Diabetes mel itus(36 patients) in the ones(106 patients ) infected with CNM . Secondly , 31 patients were infected with hepatitis B ,12 were infected with tubercle bacil us , 7were infected wirh SLE , 3 were infected AIDS , 3 were infected with HSV, 3 were infected with hepatitis C , one person got alcoholic cirrhosis , one person got hepatic cancer. Conclusions: Correlation was found obviously between the ones with lower resistance or immunodeficiency especial y Diabetes mel itus,secondly is hepatitis B, and at acking from cryptococcus neoformans meningitis.关键词
