Abstract
Objective to explore the ef ect of the application of PDCA circulation method in clinical nursing practice teaching. Methods In the retrospective control ed experiment, the control group is the nursing interns of 2009 to 2010, teached by way of traditional one-to-one method,while the experimental group, consist of 34 nursing interns of 2011 to 2012,were trained under PDCA circulation method. Objective evaluation criteria include scores of theoretical, operating and comprehensive quality tests. Result The scores of theoretical, operating and comprehensive quality tests of the experimental group were obviously higher than the control group. Conclusion The PDCA circulation teaching method is helpful to improve the clinical nursing ability of nursing interns, to improve the teaching level and is scientific and practical.关键词
