摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the integrated management of diabetes in patients with type 2 diabetes and its ef ect to blood sugar. Method:From December 2011 to December 2012, 216 patients were selected. First, patients were accepted a short period of focus on strengthening health education and treatment of diabetes,including control blood sugar and other indicators, then they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Results Compared prevention knowledge and self-management skil s, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, body mass index and other indicators of the two groups. Conclusion:comprehensive diabetes management can be significantly increased in patients with diabetes and to enhance knowledge about diabetes self-management skil s, thus can ef ectively reduce blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, reduce and delay the complications of diabetes.关键词
