Abstract
Objective In order to explore ef ectively helicobacter pylori clinical testing method,provide the basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods Aretrospective analysis of 250 patients with our routine gastroscope inspection of helicobacter pylori infection inspection of the clinical data. Results Warthin-Starry silver stain was 80 cases (32.0%),the ELISA method was 90 cases (36,0%),two kinds of Methods inspection have shown was 75 cases (30.0%); Warthin-Starry silver stain positive,the ELISA method negative 5 patients (2.0%),Warthin-Starry silver stain of inspection,the ELISA method positive 15cases (6.0%). Conclusion A silver stain test are the method with best accuracy for thedetection of H.pylori.关键词
