2008~2010年重庆市某大型汽车企业员工健康管理效果分析
Investigation of Health Management Effects on the Staff in One Large Antomoblie Enterprise from 2008 to 2010 in Chongqing

Abstract
Objective: To understand the health situation of the staf in one large automobile enterprise in Chongqing and analyse the improvement of health conditions by health management for 3 consecutive years. Methods: The staf in a large company had regular health examinations for 3 consecutive years. After every physical examination, health management was carried out to explore whether health intervention can improve the health conditions. Results: The results of physical examination in 3 consecutive years showed that detection rates of dyslipidemia, fat y liver and chronic cervicitis ranked in top 3. Dyslipidemia detection rates declined year by year after health management in 2009 and 2010 (P< 0.05), while chronic cervicitis incidence had an increasing trend (P< 0.05). Incidence of hyperuricemia and abnormal liver function in 2010 was significantly decreased compared to 2008 (P< 0.05). In males, dyslipidemia detection rates ranked first for 3 consecutive years and the top six diseases detection rates in 2010 decreased significantly except for fat y liver disease and hepatitis B comparing to 2008 (P< 0.05). In females, detection rates of chronic cervicitis ranked first for 3 consecutive years and increased year by year (P<0.05), In the top six diseases, the detection rate of dyslipidemia decreased year by year (P<0.05), however, hypertention and fat y liver disease detection rates showed increasing trends (P< 0.05). Conclusion: healthy problems related to Nutrition metabolism among the enterprise staf could improve through health management, especial y in males. Health management measures have a positive role in health improvement. So, It is crucial to prevent disease and improve health by paying at ention to health education, strengthening the health management and healthy life style and improving self-care awareness.关键词
