Abstract
Objective:To study clinical ef icacy of TXT+DDP regimen concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy treating non-smal celllung cancer. Methods:From June 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital 60 patients with non-smal celllung cancer were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.30 patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy for treatment.The study group was given synchronization with TXT+DDP regimen chemotherapy,and the ef ect and toxicity were compared. Results:The total ef ective rate of the study group was 83.3%significantly higher than 70.0%of the control group, and the median survival and 1-year survival rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the dif erence was statistical y significant (P <0.05).In bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reactions in the two groups there was no significant dif erence (P>0.05),and gastritis and radiological in the study group was significantly higher radiation esophagitis,and the two groups had significant dif erence (P<0.05). Conclusion:TXT+DDP program concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for non-smal celllung cancer has good curative ef ect,longer survival time,can improve the patient's quality of life.关键词
