Abstract
Objective:To investigate the analysis of pleural ef usion under the content of adenosine deaminase to diagnose tuberculous pleurisy clinical value. Methods:A hospital in March 2011-March 2013 treated patients with pleural ef usion based on statistical theory of knowledge were randomly divided into first and second groups.A group of 50 patients of tuberculous pleural ef usion;another group of 48 cases of malignant pleural ef usion.Puncture of pleural ef usion,the use of laboratory instruments measuring adenosine deaminase levels. Results:Measured in patients with tuberculous pleurisy pleural ef usion adenosine deaminase content> malignant pleurisy content. And P<0.05,statistical y significant. Conclusion:Pleural ef usion levels of adenosine deaminase in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy and malignant pleurisy has a high clinical value,it is worth widely used in clinical and in-depth exploration.关键词
