摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic ef ect of montelukast and loratadine combination therapy in the treatment of children al ergic rhinitis. Methods 100 patients with moderate to severe al ergic rhinitis children,aged between 2-14years old,communication with the family members,divided into the treatment group and the control group,the observation group of 50 cases,using montelukast and loratadine double medicine combined ef ect is observed, 50cases in the control group,three groups were observed by chlorine thunder he orders drug therapy. Results in children with al ergic rhinitis were improved in each group after treatment,but the observation group was double medicine combined ef ect,single drug treatment was bet er than the control group,compared two groups of results have significant dif erence (P<0.05). Conclusion montelukast and loratadine two drug combination therapy in the treatment of childhood al ergic rhinitis was bet er than single drug therapy.关键词
