摘要
Abstract
Objective To analysis the expression of cripto-1 in malignant epithelial ovarian tumor and the relationship between these clinical pathologicals. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of cripto-1 in 50 cases of malignant epithelial ovarian cancer tumor tissue, and analyze its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics between. Results In 50 specimens, Cripto-1 expression in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue (χ2=41.302, P<0. 01);the expression of Cripto-1 and dif erentiation, TNM stage were significantly related (P<0.01). Conclusion The high expression of Cripto-1 in the genesis and development of malignant epithelial ovarian tumor play an important role in the malignant epithelial ovarian tumor.关键词
