摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the occurrence of adverse drug reaction(ADR)in our hospital for reference of rationa1 use of drugs. Methods 445 ADR cases reported by our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were Retrospective analyzed statistical y in terms of gender,age,dosage form,administration route,drug types,drug combination,report types,prognosis,reports occupation,systems or organs involved in ADR and clinical manifestations by excel,etc. Results Male to female ratio was1.13:1;239cases were between 18 to 59 years old (53.7%);337 cases were induced by intravenous infusion (75.7%);206drug types cause ADRs,40.2%of case were mainly caused by antibiotics;73 cases were caused by cephalosporins (40.8%),fol owed by traditional chinese medicine;main clinical manifestations of ADR were lesion of skin and appendants,accounting for 47.9%. Conclusion We should pay at ention to ADR monitoring,rational use of antibiotics in order to reduce and avoid the incidence of ADR.关键词
