Abstract
Objective:To explore the methods of high-quality nursing service and analysis its ef ect by carrying out a series of high-quality nursing activities; Methods:To compare the dif erence of each caring index,satisfactions of nurses and nursing complaints before and after high-quality care; Results:After high-quality nursing service, the quality of nursing are obviously improved (P<0.05),satisfactions for nurses also raised and nursing complaints was decreased; Conclusion:By carrying out high-quality nursing service,the quality of nursing and level of service are elevated,and we have reached the satisfaction aim of patients,society,government,nurse.关键词
