Abstract
Objective To understand the children's blood lead concentration in Mianyang and provide scientific measures for preventing children lead poisoning. Methods 542 children's venous bloods of aged from 0 to 14 years old were col ected and detected by atomic absorption spectrometry method. Results the geometric means of blood lead levels of children was 36.92μg/L, blood lead poisoning rates was 2.07%. The average blood lead in boys and girls was 37.67μg/L and 35.81μg/L respectively.The average blood lead in 0~3 years group, 4~6 years group, 7~12 years group was 33.62μg/L, 35.65μg/L, and 38.39μg/L; the lead poisoning rates in the three groups was 1.49%、1.98% and 2.28% respectively. The blood lead levels and the lead poisoning rate increased with age, while there is not significant dif erence in these groups. Conclusions The blood lead levels and the lead poisoning rate in Mianyang was relatively lower than the national average.关键词
