摘要
Abstract
Objective discuss the application and ef ection of the clinical pathway be used in nursing laparoscopic cholecystectomy to improve the quality of nursing. Method choosing the 386cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients in our Hospital, Randomly divided into experimental group of 206cases and 180cases in the control group,The postoperative nursing intervention choose the clinical pathway,the control group received routine nursing in peri operation period. Results: two group patients were cured, the experimental group hospitalization time,hospitalization costs were lower than the control group;the knowledge related to disease control ed b and satisfaction are significantly higher than the control group,the two groups have statistical dif erence in P<0.05. Conclusion: the clinical care path can improve the quality of care,reduce medical costs,improve patient satisfaction.关键词
