Abstract
Objective:To laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy clinical application. Methods: Analysis from March 2011 to March 2013 our department treated 30 cases of laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy patients, while selecting 30 patients after abdominal hysterectomy patients as the control group, the clinical therapeutic ef ects were observed. Results:The average amount of bleeding treatment group (131 ± 24 ml), hospital stay (3.5 ± 2.4 d), exhaust time (21 ± 5.9 h) was significantly lower than the control group, the average blood loss (172 ± 38 ml), hospitalization time (6.1 ± 3.3 d), exhaust time (35 ± 8.5 h). Conclusion: Laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy with less bleeding, shorter hospital stay and exhaust, etc., worthy of clinical application.关键词
