Abstract
Objective To repairing ef ects on marginal adaptation of Ni-Cr al oy porcelain crowns,al-ceramic crowns and metal ceramic crowns compared to guide clinical treatment. Methods According to the teeth conditions and needs of patients,use Ni-Cr al oy porcelain teeth,dental precious metal ceramic and al -ceramic dental restoration to repair,one year after referral to observe al the objects in gingival color,gingival index and marginal fit. Results Ni-Cr al oy porcelain teeth marginal fit of Class A accounted for 86.5%.accounting for 95.1%of Class A of the marginal fit of precious metal porcelain tooth edge.al -cerainlc dental marginal fit of Class A accounted for 96.6%. Conclusion For the Ni-Cr al oy porcelain teeth,crowns fit is poor and the binder dissolution caused by the local pigment deposi-tion is the main reason to cause periodontal damage caused by gum color change.Al-ceramic dental and precious metal ceramic teeth has go d biocompatibility and marginal adaptation of virtual y no efect on the color of the gums and gingival index.关键词
