二术和胃汤对小鼠胃肠运动功能的影响
The Effects of Er-Zhu-He-Wei-Tang on the Gastrointestinal Motor Function in Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective The ef ects of Er-Zhu-He-Wei-Tang, a traditional Chinese herbal preparation, on gastrointestinal motility of animals were investigated for guidance of its clinical applications. Methods The mice with gastroparesis induced by atropine or dopamine and normal mice were used to investigate the ef ects of Er-Zhu-He-Wei-Tang on the gastrointestinal propulsion percentage of prepared Chinese ink and gastric residual percentage of semi solid paste. Results The preparation significantly increased the gastrointestinal propulsion percentage of prepared Chinese ink,reduced the residual levels of the semi solid paste in normal or gastroparesic mice. Conclusion Er-Zhu-He-Wei-Tang has the obvious ef ects on improving gastrointestinal motility.关键词
