Abstract
Objective Analysis on the ef ect of simvastatin on carotid plaques in patients with hypertension and vascular endothelial function and carotid artery plaque and curative ef ect. Methods Al patients maintained the original antihypertensive therapy remains unchanged,the study group treated with simvastatin (Shu Jiangzhi,Merck) 20mg, QN,treatment was continued for 12 weeks.Study group before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment were performed color Doppler ultrasonography and serology examination. Results HsCRP IMT,the study group was higher than the control group,there was significant dif erence (P<0.05);the FMD value is lower than the control group,the dif erence was significant (P<0.05),while TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,FBG and NMD values had no significant dif erence (P>0.05). Simvastatin treatment of carotid IMT and plaque score was significantly lower than that before treatment reduced,vascular endothelial dependent diastolic function (FMD), hsCRP and TG,TC, LDL-C decreased,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05); while the NMD value had no significant dif erence (P>0.05). Conclusions Simvastatin can ef ectively improve endothelial function in atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension,the clinical ef ect is positive.关键词
