Abstract
Objective to discuss the current extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (eswl) treatment for ureteral stones. Methods 658 cases were retrospectively analyzed,including 425 cases of ureteral stones and 233 cases of kidney stones with ureteral stones. Results among al the cases, 568 cases were successful in the first lithotripsy (84.64%) and the success rate in the second lithotripsy was 12.46%, of which 636 cases were cured. There are 22 cases were inef ective and the total ef ective rate was 97.10%. Conclusion eswl is an ef ective treatment for ureteral stones, which makes less injuries and more convience.关键词
