团体心理治疗对长期住院精神分裂症患者衰退的影响
Effect Evaluation of Group Psychotherapy on Rehabbing for Long-term Inpatient with Schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ef ects of group psychotherapy on rehabbing process for long-term inpatient with Schizophrenia,and provide the basis for assessing the interventions and improving patient recovery after il ness and further returning to society. Method Comparison of the assessment scale changes of hospitalized patients with Schizophrenia before and after intervention, analysis of the intervention ef ectiveness. Results Through group psychotherapy, two scores of BPRS scale (emotional communication disorders,emotional bland) are statistical y significant (P<0.05),as wel as SANS scale (P<0.05). Conclusion Group psychotherapy can significantly improve the rehabbing process for long-term hospitalized patients with Schizophrenia.关键词
