Macrolide antibiotics is a macrocyclic lactone structure of a class of antibiotics, such as erythromycin, azithromycin, against Legionel a bacteria, mycoplasma, chlamydia, etc. caused by susceptible strains of the respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue ENT infections and other parts have a good therapeutic ef ect, [1] widely used clinical y, but because of its adverse drug reactions more common reaction to intestinal abdominal discomfort nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, severe gastrointestinal reactions dif icult to tolerate, had to stop the medication, af ect the treatment of diseases.
