加味枸橘汤治疗慢性附睾炎的临床研究
The Clinic Research of Jiaweigoujutang Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Epididymitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative ef ect of Jiaweigoujutang decoction in the treatment of chronic epididymitis. Methods:Selecte 80cases of diagnosed chronic epididymitis,and randomly assigned them to control group (35 cases)and the treatment group(45 cases). The control group received levofloxacin treatment(0.2g,bid), while the treatment group taking Traditional Chinese Medicine Jiaweigoujutang decoction. Before and after the treatment of 4 weeks,we detected the pain scores of Chronic Epididymitis Symptom Index (CESI),quality of life scores,CESI total scores,and calculate the ef iciency. Results:80 patients successful y completed the study. In the control group,it was decreased of pain scores of CESI,quality of life scores,CESI total scores,CESI total scores had a statistics dif erence compared to pre-treatment (P<0.05). In the treatment group,al indicatrix was obviously decreased compared to pre-treatment(P<0.05). And the reduced margin is bet er than the control group(P<0.05). Besides,the excellence rate total ef iciency of the treatment group is bet er than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Traditional Chinese Medicine Jiaweigoujutang shows significant ef icacy on chronic epididymitis,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
