Abstract
Objective The aim of the present study is to investigate the therapeutic ef ect of amiodarone in patients of congestive heart failure (CHF) with ventricular tachyarrhythmias. Method 42 patients of CHF with ventricular tachyarrhythmias received oral adminis-tration of amiodarone according to required dose for 8 weeks. Result The total ef ective rate were 83%after 2 weeks treatment and 83%after 8 weeks treatment. There were significant changes in the sinus rhythm ( 97.35±16.21/min vs. 62.85 ±5.31/min , P<0.01), QTc intervals ( 422 ±36/ms vs. 520 ±69 /rns, P<0.01), QTd intervals ( 422 ±36 /ms vs. 29.42 ±7.03 /ms, P<0.01. Conclusion Oral administration of amiodarone is safe and ef ective in patients of CHF with ventricular tachyarrhythmias.关键词
