摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the fast track surgery in thoracoscopic lung operation erioperative application ef ect. Methods the envelope method wil thoracoscopic lung operation of 77 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into routine group and fast rehabilitation group (group FTS), respectively, using technology of conventional method and rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative treatment. Results the two groups of patients after leaving bed time, intestinal function recovery time, complications, postoperative hospital stay, hospital costs, compared to the satisfaction of nursing quality, the dif erence was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion the concept of rapid habilitation surgery in perioperative application, can ef ectively promote the rehabilitation of patients after thoracoscopic lung operation, reduce the postoperative complications, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce medical costs, improve patient satisfaction.关键词
