Abstract
Objective: To explore the ef ect of primary suture in Laparoscopic exploration of common bile duct. Methods: 20 patients with choledocholithiasis treated in our hospital from September,2011 to December,2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of 40 cases respctively. Both of the two groups were treated with laparoscopic exploration of common bile duct, the treatment group with primary suture and the control group with T tube drainage. Results: The two groups were successful y completed the operation, wtih 1 case of bile leakage occurred.There was no statistical y significant dif erence in the operation time. But the recovery time of bowel function and the hospitalization time after operation of the treatment group is less than the control group and the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of primary suture in Laparoscopic exploration of common bile duct can promote early recovery of patients.关键词
