Abstract
Objective Retrospective analysis of external beam radiotherapy for bone metastases in patients with advanced cancer pain and pal iative treatment aimed at improving the quality of life of patients and prolong survival. Methods 6MV-X-ray external irradiation,total dose 30-60Gy. Results The total ef ective rate 92.3%(39/43), quality of life significantaly. Conclusion external beam radiotherapy for bone metastasis pain control ef ect is goog,broad indication tackling the problem,no serious adverse reactions,can be used as first choice for cancer pain analgesia.关键词
