Abstract
Objective To investigate the preliminary designing of medical test for reference interval unity-1.0~1.0 inspection report and to evaluate the clinical application value through questionnaire. Methods Design the transformation formula: (1)apply the S/CO (S the representative of inspection items,CO the representative of unilateral numerical interval of the upper limit value) for the formula converted into more than 1.0 for the inspection of the unilateral interval project (2)for bilateral inspection items,the inspection items numerical>interval on the limit, apply for S/CO>1.0;for the conversion formula the lower interval more than inspection items more than once numerical interval apply the [(inspection items numerical-interval floor)] / [(interval cap-interval floor)]/2 for conversion into 1.0~1.0;The inspection items numerical﹤interval lower limit, apply theCO /-S for the converted into﹤1.0. By questionnaire,through the transformation formula of converting to 1.0 ~ 1 .0 with the original report results report mode to clinical physicians and patients and inspection personnel, ask for the clinical valueof application for -1.0 ~1.0 mode. Results The clinical investigation, patients and inspection personnel for 98.1%, 80.0%, 90.1%; Total approval rating at 85.7%;The neutral for 20.0%. ConclusionsMedical test for reference interval unity-1.0~1.0inspection report mode clinical application convenience has wide application value and is a kind of new method.关键词
