摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of orinidazole in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Methods Select 90 patients who came to our hospital for trichomonas vaginitis treatment from January 2010 to January 2012. The 45 patients who received metronidazole for treatment as the control group, and the other 45 patients who received orinidazole for treatment as the observation group.Used the clinical symptoms improvement,clinical ef ecy and the adverse reactions as the clinical index,and used the SPSS 13.0 statistical sofeware for statistical analysis. Results The clinical symptoms improvement of the observation group was significantly bet er than the control group, P<0.05;the clinical ef ecy of observation group was 91.11%,the control group was 71.11%,P<0.01,there was statistical y significant dif erence between the two groups;the adverse reactions of observation group was 8.89%,the control group was 35.56%, P<0.05,there was statistical y significant dif erence between the two groups. ConclusionThe ornidazole can ef ectively treat the trichomonas vaginitis,and it also can reduce the suicidal tendencies,which worth for clinical application.关键词
