摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the CT features of acute pancreatitis and its clinical application value. Methods: 40 cases of acute pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed with clinical data and CT imaging. Results: 23 cases of acute edematous pancreatitis and 17 cases of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis were analyzed . CT images appears that swel ing of the pancreas in 34 cases, density changes in 17 cases, of peripancreatic ef usion in 32 cases, pleural ef usion or ascites in 20 cases. Conclusion: Acute pancreatitis is one of acute emergency critical il ness, and CT images have a higher diagnostic and clinical application value in pancreatic necrosis area, extent , accuracy diagnosis and treatment.关键词
