Abstract
Objective exploring the nursing methods of the long-time bedridden patients defecation to prevent the occurrence of complications such as constipation, urinary tract infection, urinary retention, then to bet er promote the patient's rehabilitation. Methods: in the preparation, strengthen propaganda and education, such as guiding the patients to practice to relieve on the bed, in post operation refine the patients relieve nursing plan, can also be induced by intermit ent catheterization enragement measures. Conclusion:constipation, urinary tract infection, urinary retention is common complications of long-time bedridden patients, we must strengthen the basic nursing care to prevent such complications, promote the patient recover soon.关键词
