摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of dif erent doses of ambroxol for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary complications after the video-assisted thoracoscopic esophagectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 330 cases of video-assisted thoracoscopic esophagectomy patients, with using of dif erent doses of ambroxol perioperative, analyze the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications. Results The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications of low-dose groups(weight loss,normal nutrition, overweight) were 22.7%, 26.5%, 35.0%, The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications of high-dose groups (weight loss,normal nutrition, overweight) were 8.8%, 11.7%, 33.3%,the complications of high-dose groups is lower than the low-dose groups, weight loss and normal nutrition group was significantly. Conclusions Perioperative use of high doses ambroxol for video-assisted thoracoscopic esophagectomy patients can reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications.关键词
