昂丹司琼治疗后循环脑梗死所致呕吐的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Ondanseton in treat vomiting patients with Posterior circulation Infarction. Methods: 60 patients with nausea and vomiting after Posterior circulation Infarction were randomly divided into two groups:at the basis of conventional treatment, treatment group (n=30) use Ondansetron and control group(n=30) without Ondansetron. Record the number of complete remission,partial remission,total efective and adverse reactions. Results: Treatment group show higher rate of total effective (P<0.05) and low rate of adverse reactions. Conclusion: Its safe and good effects in treat vomiting patients with Posterior circulation Infarction by Ondansetron.关键词
