Abstract
Objectives:the data of infection of severe patients of neurology was retrospect; Methods: 126 cases of severe patients hospitalized in the neurology department of our hospital from Jan, 2010 to May, 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. The materials and nursing record of patients who suf ered from hospital infection were analyzed;Results:18 cases suf ered from hospital infection, accounting for 14.3%. The infection types include respiratory infection and urinary system infection, accounting for 46.8 and 46.0, respectively. The infection reasons include the use of more than 2 antibacterial and longtime hospitalization (more than 2 months), accounting for 66.7% and 63.5%. Conclusions: the hospital infection of severe patients in neurology department occurs because of many factors. Targeted nursing methods may help decrease the occurrence rate of hospital infection.关键词
