Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using precision infusion to prevent malignant tumor patients with phlebitis induced by Brucea javanica oil emulsion. Methods Patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 66 cases in each. precision infusion was used in observation group, and common infusion was used in control group. Al the patients with phlebitis were observed after 14 days. Results The incidence of phlebitis in observation group was lower than that of the control group, there was significant dif erence between two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusions The use of precision infusion set can effectively prevent the occurrence of phlebitis induced by Brucea javanica oil emulsion.关键词
