摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the satisfaction of ICU nursing in our hospital, and propose some methods of promoting the patients'satisfaction. Methods Questionnaire design based on the ACSI model,and give the statistics results in the form of Likert scale through the way of granting the questionnaires. Conclusion Discovery the problems in the ICU nursing of our hospital,propose some approaches to improve the patients'satisfaction and it works wel in practical application.关键词
