门诊抗菌药物使用分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the usage of antibacterial drugs in a hospital,clinical supervision for the reasonable application of antibiotics,and provide reliable background information. Methods:our hospital prescription in May 15,2012 1561,the kinds and quantity of the antibiotics used in the prescription were analyzed. Results:in 1561 prescriptions,prescription of antibiotics has issued 465 copies,accounting for a total of 29.79%;in al the antibiotic prescription,79.35%. Antibacterial drug for oral, for the rest of the injection of antibiotics;77.20% prescriptions for single prescriptions,two prescriptions accounted for 22.80%;cephalosporins outpatient accounted for 34.4%of the highest frequency of use of antibiotics,fol owed by quinolones and penicil ins antibiotic drugs. Conclusion:the use of antibiotics in the outpatient department I was basical y rational,dynamic monitoring of the use of hospital outpatient drug,has a certain clinical significance for the reasonable application of antibiotics.关键词
