奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡出血的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy of omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding. Methods:Selected 56 patients of gastric ulcer bleeding from May 2012 to May 2013 admit ed to our hospital,randomly divided them into control group and observation group with 28 cases in each group,control group were given ranitidine 200mg and physiological saline 100ml intravenous drip,2times/day. The observation group was given omeprazole 20 mg daily morning oral.Compared the clinical effect after 2 months of treatment between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 85.71%(24/28),that of the observation group was 96.43%(27/28) there was significant dif erence between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding,significant effect, worthy of promotion.关键词
