Abstract
Objective:To select the thoracolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury surgical treatment were analyzed. Methods: From October 2008 to October 2013 were treated 95 thoracolumbar fracture with spinal cord injury patients , take the appropriate surgical treatment for the patient's condition , there are 71 patients taking posterior surgical treatment , there 24 patients taken to surgery after anterior approach . After surgery patients were fol owed up , the ef icacy of two surgical methods were compared. Results: Before surgery and after surgery , and Frankel grade Cobb angle , the two surgical methods wil be compared , the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). ignificantly bet er than the anterior posterior surgery , the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). In terms of operative time and blood loss , were compared with anterior , posterior surgery significantly less , the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: For the spinal injury , anterior and posterior fixation surgery can play the effect. Anterior decompression thoroughly, with good long-term stability, but has very strict requirements in terms of technical and medical conditions, while the cost of surgery requires relatively high. Posterior surgical trauma caused to the patient is smal , the operation is relatively simple, is not prone to complications after surgery , while a case is lost vertebral height appeared in the clinic, need a reasonable choice of surgical treatment modality .关键词
