摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the contralateral cochlear function of unilateral explosive deafness patients. Methods using the Danish Mdsen company production of the ful Capel a otoacoustic emission analyzer on unilateral explosive deafness patients (30 ears of 30 cases of ear,the observation group)20 cases and normal subjects (40 ears,the control group)were transient evoked otoacoustic emission(TEOAE)and distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE) detection,recording and analysis of TEOAE through the detection rate,rate and the frequency of DPOAE amplitude. Results TEOAE pass rate 100%in the control group,the observation group 70%,there was significant dif erence between two groups (P<0.01);detection rate of DPOAE in 0.5,0.75,1,3,4.0kHz frequency,the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Through the analysis of the contralateral otoacoustic emission,early prediction of unilateral explosive deafness patients on Pleurotus in hearing loss before cochlear function damage;in addition that we in the treatment of unilateral explosive deafness of ear at the same time to treatment of normal hearing ear.关键词
