Abstract
Objective To explore the anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in thoracic surgery impact on patients intraoperative and postoperative conditions. Methods Our hospital in June 2010 to June 2013 were treated 80 patients receiving thoracic surgery,according to the doctor each group is divided into chronological order plus epidural anesthesia group and 40 cases of general anesthesia group. Observation and comparison of the two groups of patients and postoperative conditions. Results Epidural anesthesia plus general anesthesia group than in the group intraoperative fentanyl reduce postoperative awake extubation time is shortened,the number of patients with more than 27.50%of urinary retention occurs,the number of patients with pulmonary infection appeared less 30.00% (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in thoracic surgery clinical results than the simple use of general anesthesia is more prominent,and can shorten recovery time after a certain analgesic effect,while making the surgery and intraoperative safety sex has improved,worthy of promotion and application.关键词
